Apart from the spa and wellness centre, the hotel offers an outdoor heated pool, several childrens pools for the youngest guests. There is also a free app,guests can book different attractions. The kindergarten features a mini-club and a games corner.

The hotel has parking facilities. Parking spaces are available for a fee and subject to availability.

Please note that our Full board program is valid from summer 2023. Main meals are served buffet style at Castello restaurant, or as amenu (depending on the number of guests):
- Breakfast - from 7:30 to 10:30
- Lunch - from 12:00 to 14:00
- Dinner- from 18:00 to 21:00

Drinks are served during the main meals at the Castello buffet restaurant and include soft drinks, Bulgarian draft beer, wine, water, spirits and cocktails.drinks and beverages are served at bar Castello from 10:00 to 22:00 (last order).
